Apply a thin layer of mod podge over the top of the photo and onto the edges of the tile to create a seal.

Use thing even strokes as your lines will show. Paint the mod podge onto the front of the photo first then let it dry. The tiles i used were textured and even then some of the images peeled a little more than wanted. Apply mod podge to the back of the photo with a sponge brush then press down onto the tile.

Dip the tip of a small foam tipped paintbrush into the mod podge and apply an even layer over the printed side of the cutout with light long even strokes. 5 x research source you can do this with a wide paintbrush or a foam brush.
